Labradorite was first discovered in the late 1700’s in Labrador, Canada. According to Eskimo Indian legend, the northern lights were freed from this stone. This oval piece displays a lot of rainbow colors when held up to the light. I have (sterling) wire-wrapped the stone in a very simple style, so that as much of it as possible can be seen. Size: 2” width, 1” height, 0.12” thickness. Chain: 18”.
